Appointment of officers and servants of the Board.- (1) The Board shall have a Managing Director who shall be appointed by the State Government and he shall also be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board employees. (2) The Managing Director appointed under sub section (1) shall also function as the Member Secretary of the Board. (3) For the efficient discharge of duties and functions of the Board and the Committees, the Board may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint such other officers including Civil Engineer and employees as may be necessary. (4) The Superintendence and control over all the officers and employees of the Board and Committees shall vest in the Managing Director of the Board.
