Appointment of the Secretary of the Committee.- (1)Every Committee shall have a Secretary who shall be appointed by the State Government in accordance with the recruitment and promotion rules for the post of Secretary of the Committee. (2) The Secretary of the Committee shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Committee and shall be custodian of all the records and properties of the Committee.
