Meeting of the Board.- (1) The Board shall meet for the transaction of its business at least once in every three months at such place and at such time as the Chairman may determine. (2) All the proceedings of the Board shall be authenticated by the Chairman and the Managing Director of the Board. (3) The Board shall conduct the business in such manner as may be prescribed by regulation.
