Contents of application.- Every such application shall include,- (a) a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed aerial ropeway; (b) a description of the system of construction and management and the advantages to the community to be expected from the aerial ropeway ; (c) an approximate estimate of the cost of construction thereof; (d) a statement of the estimate working expenses and profits expected; (e) a statement of the maximum and minimum rates proposed to be charged; and (f) such maps, plans, sections, diagrams and other information as the State Government may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.
