Act No. 13 of 19952, assented to by the Governor on the 21st November, 1995, published both in Hindi and English in R.H.P. (Extra-ordinary), dated 22nd November, 1995, p. 4649-4656. (ii) H.P. Act No. 4 of 20163 assented to by the Governor on the 3rd May, 2016, published both in Hindi and English in R.H.P. dated 16th May, 2016 at pages 854-858. Effective w.e.f. 10.11.2015.
