Printing and distribution of Advocates Welfare Fund Stamps by Bar Council.- (1) The Bar Council shall cause to be printed and distributed Welfare Fund Stamp of the value of 3[ten] rupees inscribed “Himachal Pradesh Advocates Welfare Fund Stamp” in such design as may be prescribed.
