Act of the Committee not to be invalid by defect, vacancy etc.—No act done orproceeding taken under this Act or the rules made thereunder by the Committee shall be invalidatedmerely by reason of— (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in nomination of any person as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
