Repeal of the Himachal Pradesh Ordinance No. 1 of 2019 and savings. __________________ THE HIMACHAL PRADESH ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (TRANSFER OF DECIDED CASES AND PENDING APPLICATIONS) ACT, 2019 (Act No. 12 of 2019)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 22th October 2019, and was published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-Ordinary), dated 6th November 2019, pp. 7644-7648) AN ACT to provide for the transfer of decided cases and pending applications before the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, which has been abolished by the Government of India vide Notification No. G.S.R. 529 (E), dated 26th July, 2019 by rescinding the Notification No. G.S.R. 926 (E), dated 29th December, 2014. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
