Filling of casual vacancies.—In case there occurs any casual vacancy in any authority or body of the University, due to death, resignation or removal of a member, the same shall be filled, as early as possible, by the person or body who appoints or nominates the member whose place become vacant and person appointed or nominated to a casual vacancy shall be a member of such authority or body for the residue of the term for which the person whose place he fills would have been member.
