Approval, recognition to a teacher may be withdrawn by the University— (a) if the teacher fails to perform duties in accordance with the manner laid down by the Ordinances; or (b) if sufficient evidence is laid before the Executive Council that the teacher has committed an' act which in their opinion is a serious offence, the Executive Council may withdraw approval, recognition of the teacher.
