(1) Each Faculty shall consist of -~ (i) Dean of the Faculty (Chairperson); (i) Chairperson of the Departments included in that Faculty; (iii) one professor from each Department on the basis of seniority by rotation; (iv) onereader and one lecturer or equivalent from each Department included in the Faculty by rotation according to seniority; (v) one expert of repute from the industry : Provided that wherever considered necessary, the Vice- Chancellor may on the recommendation of the Dean, increase the number of members. (2) Members nominated shall hold office for two years : Provided that the Executive Council, at the request of the Academic Council, may increase the number of members of a Faculty. (3) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of every Faculty. (4) Two-fifths of the members in each: Faculty shall form the quorum.
