(1) No person shall serve as Chairperson or Member after he has attained the age of sixty-five years. (2) The Chairperson and Member shall hold office for a term of three years, from the date on which he enters upon his office: Provided that no person shall serve as Chairperson or Member for more than two terms. (3) The salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and Members shall be such, as may be prescribed. (4) The Chairperson and Member shall, before entering upon his office, make and subscribe to an oath of office and secrecy in such form and in such manner and before such authority, as may be specified by regulations. (5) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1) and (2), the Chairperson or any Member may,- (i) relinquish his office by giving in writing, to the Government, a notice of not less than three months; or (ii) be removed from his office in accordance with the provisions of section 7.
