(1) The Chairperson shall be a person of ability and integrity who has served as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana with experience in dealing with management of water resources including science, technology or engineering matters connected with water resource: Provided that preference shall be given to a person who has served as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Irrigation and Water Resources Department. (2) The Member shall be a person of ability, integrity and standing, who have minimum experience of twenty years in dealing with the management of water resources including science, technology or engineering matters concerned with water resources.
