(1) The Authority shall, consolidate and prepare State Groundwater and Surface Water Plan, based on the plans received from the District Water Resources Planning Committees, by giving notice and inviting objections, if any, in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The Authority may, in consultation with the Government, engage experts and consultants, on temporary basis, for formulation of district ground water and surface water plans, input parameters, templates and capacity building. (3) The Authority shall submit the State Groundwater and Surface Water Plan to the Government for consideration and approval. District Water Resources Planning Committee.
