For section 18 of the principal Act, the followings section shall be substituted, namely:- “18. Skill Council.- (1)The Skill Council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and Ordinances, co- ordinate and exercise general supervision over all academic and skill training policies of the University.
