(1) The officers, teachers and other employees of the University may exercise such administrative and financial powers, as the Executive Council may delegate through Ordinances, Regulations or by resolutions adopted by it subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor and the superior officers concerned. (2) The Vice-Chancellor or the Registrar, may delegate to an officer, teacher or any other employee of the University, such powers as he considers necessary which have been vested in them by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations, with the prior approval of the Vice- Chancellor.
