Subject to the conbol of the State Government every decision of Finality of the Chairman on appeal, and subject ody to any decision on appeal (if i t lies decision. and is prcfmed), the order of thcqce-Chairman or other officer under section 8 1, or section 88, shall be final and shall not be questioned in any Court.
