The provisioiisof sections 2, 14 to 27,32 to 34,36,37,39,40, 41; 44 to 52; 55, 56 and 39 shall apply mutatis mt~randis to the Local Devtlopment Authori ty constituted under sub-section (3) of section 62 and the terms 'Authority', 'Estate Officer' and '~hief~dministratar' shall mean 'Local Development Authority', 'Estate Officer', and 'Vice-Chahan' respectively for this purposc.
