(1) The State Government may appoint six suitable officers Staff. respectively as he Chicflown Planner, Cbief Engneer, Controller of Finance, Secretary, Estate Off~cer and Manager Estate of the Local Development Authority from Haryana Urban Development Authority or concerned department of State Government, who shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by regulations or delegated to them by Local Development Authority or its Vice-Chainman. (2 j Subject to such control and restrictions, as may be prescribed, the . . Local ~evelo~ment ~uthority may appoint fiom the cadre of the employees 1 of the Haryana Urban Development Authority or on deputation from the departments of the State Government such number of oficen and other cinployees including experts for technical and legal work, as may be necessary for the eff~cicnt performance of its functions and may determine their desiglatians and grades. (3) The officers and other employees of the Local Development Authority shall be entitled to receive fiom the fund of the Local Development Authority such salaries and allow*ances, as may be determined by regulations made in this behalf. (4) Tbe cxercise of any powers or discharge of any duties or functions by arry oficer or other employ~shall be subject to such restrictions, conditions and hmitations, ifany, as may be laid down by thc Imai Development Authority and shall also be subject to its consol and supervision.
