(1) Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences shall be constituted as follows:- (i) Dean of the Faculty; (ii) Chairman of each Board of Studies included in the Faculty; (iii) professor of the concerned Department; (iv) Principal/ Heads of Colleges of Pharmacy; (v) One professor, associate professor and assistant professor each from the Departments which constitute each of the Post Graduate Board of Studies included in the Faculty on the basis of seniority by rotation for a term of one year; (vi) one professor, one associate professor/ reader and one assistant professor/lecturer from the affiliated colleges by rotation and seniority for a term of one year; (vii) such other persons excluding members of Academic Council not exceeding two in number as may be nominated for two years to the Faculty by the Academic Council on account of their expert knowledge of the subjects comprising the Faculty. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Faculty. (3) Two-fifths of the members in each Faculty shall form a quorum. (4) Any member who ceases to hold the qualification by virtue of which he was appointed to the Faculty shall cease to be the member thereof.
