(1) Every notice or bill issued under this Act shall be signed by the chairman, or by any other trustee or any officer, or official of the trust, specially or generally authorized by the trust, or so authorised by the chairman under sub-section (1) of section 22. (2) No notice issued by the trust under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder shall be invalid for defect of form.
