Whenever the trust deems it necessary that accommodation should be provided for persons who are displaced by the execution of any scheme under this Act, or are likely to be displaced by the execution of any scheme, which it intends to submit to the State Government for sanction under this Act, it may frame a re-housing scheme for the construction, maintenance and management of such scheme and as many dwellings and shops as ought in the opinion of the trust, to be provided for such persons.
