(1) The State Government may constitute trust services at State level and trust level for employment in connection with the affairs of the trust, in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The establishment charges and the salary, allowances, provident fund, pension and gratuity of persons recruited to the trust services constituted under sub-section (1) and appointed in a trust, shall be payable from the funds of the trust.
