(1) The Dean of college shall be a whole time officer and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board. (2) The Dean of college shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the College. (3) The Dean of college shall be responsible for the organization, origination and conduct of the College instruction. (4) The Dean of college shall act as liaison officer with national and international organizations, agencies or individuals for education, research and employment. Director of Research.
