(1) If any difficulties arise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, make such provisions, which are not relevant to the provisions of this Act, which appear necessary or expedient. (2) Any order made under this section shall be placed before the State Legislature. Power to remove difficulties.
