The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or non-official members nominated vide Notification No. 3055-SW (4)/99 dated 20th December, 1999 in the Haryana State Commission for Women shall continue till the expiry of their respective tenn under the said notification: Provided that anything done or any action taken or any proceedings conducted by the Commission constituted under the Notification No. 3O55-SW (4)199 d~ted 20th December, 1999 shall be deemed to have been done and taken under this Act.
