No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Protection of Governing Council, the Board or the members of any officer or servant of the action taken in Governing Council or of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or §o0d faith- purported or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any regulations or bye-laws made thereunder.
