(1) A Developer shall identify the area for the development of Special Economic Zone and apply in Appendix A (20 copies) to the Director, Industries and Commerce Department, Haryana, Chandigarh. The project inter- alia shall contain the prefeasibility report, phased development components of the Special Economic Zone and the objects to be achieved.
