(1) An electoral roll with photograph of electors/voters shall be prepared for every ward, in such manner, as may be prescribed by rules, in which the names of all persons entitled to be registered as voters in that ward, shall be entered. (2) No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for any ward more than once. (3) No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll in more than one ward.
