(1) There shall be established a Committee to be called the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee for the proper management and control of the Gurdwaras and Gurdwara properties within the State of Haryana with effect from the date, which the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. (2) The Committee shall be a body corporate with the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by such name sue and be sued. (3) The Committee shall have its Head Office at Kurukshetra and regional offices at Panchkula and Jind. Composition of Committee.
