(1) In respect of every financial year, budget (annual financial statement) of the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Committee for the relevant year shall be placed before the Committee and duly passed by the General House of the said Committee. (2) No money out of the Gurdwara Funds shall be appropriated except as provided in the manner prescribed under this Act and rules made thereunder without proper approval of the Committee. Budget.
