(1) The Executive Board may constitute such number of sub- committees from amongst the members of the Committee or Board, as it thinks fit and for such purpose, as may be prescribed. (2) A sub-committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall meet at such time and places and shall observe such rules of procedure with regard to the transaction of business at its meetings, as may be prescribed. (3) A member of a sub-committee may, if he so chooses, draw such fees and allowances for attending its meetings and for attending to any other work of the sub-committee, as may be prescribed.
