On and from the date on which the provisions of this Act are made applicable to the Shrine, the provisions of any other laws which might be applicable to the Shrine shall cease to apply thereto: Provided that such cessation shall not in any way affect— (a) any right, title, interest, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred; (b) any legal proceeding for any remedy in respect of such right, title, interest, obligation or liability, instituted; or (c) anything duly done or suffered.
