The Government may, suo-motu or on an application moved by any person considering himself aggrieved from any order or decision of the Board made under this Act, review such order or decision and made such order thereon as it thinks fit: Provided that, before any order is made under this section, the Government shall afford to any person, likely to be affected adversely by such order an opportunity of being heard.
