(1) No officer or servant of the Government shall be liable in any civil or criminal proceedings in respect of any act done or purporting to be done under this Act or under the rules made thereunder, if the act has been done in good faith and in the course of execution of the duties imposed or in discharge of the functions assigned by or under this Act or the rules framed thereunder. Penalty for refusal by pujaris etc. to comply with the provisions of this Act. Penalty for wrongful with- holding of property belonging to Shrine. Protection of action taken under this Act.
