(1) No jewellery, ornaments which have once been adorned on the idols or other valuable property of non-perishable nature forming part of the Shrine fund shall be transferred, exchanged, sold or disposed of without the previous sanction of the Government on the recommendations of the Board. (2) No land or other immovable property held by the Board shall be alienated except by a resolution of the Board and the approval of the Government.
