.o A member of the service shall be liable to serve under the Liabilitv to serve' Government at any place whether within or outside the State of Haryana' @Amemberoftheservicemayalsobedeputedtoserveunder,- (i) Bhakra Beas Management Board' Uppe( Yamuna River BoardorCenhalWaterCommissionoranyotherBoardor Corporation, as may be notified by the Government; (ii) a company, an association or a body of individuals whether incorporatedornot'whichiswhollyorsubstantiallyowned or controlled by the Government' a municipal corporation or a local authority within the State of Haryana; (iii) the Central Government or a companY' an association or a bodyofindividualswhetherincorporatedornot'whichis wholly o stantially owned or controlled by the Central Government; or (iv)anyotherStateGovernment,aninternationalorganization, an autonomous body not controlled by the Government or a Private bodY: ProvidedthatnomemberoftheServiceshallbedeputedto serve the Central Government or any other State Government or any organization orbodyreferredtoinclauses(iii)and(iv)exceptwithhisconsent.
