(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 28, the Government may order that there shall be concurrent audit of the accounts of the Board by such person or agency as it thinks fit. The Govemment may also direct a special audit to be made by such person or agency as it thinks fit of the accounts of the Board relating to any particular transacti,on or a class'of series of transactions or 16 a-particular period. (2j Where an ordei is made-under sub-secrion (1), the Board ' shaII present or cause to be presented for audit such accounts and shall furnish to the person or agency appointed under sub-section (I) such infomiation as he or it may require for the purpose of audit.
