( I ) The Board shall have a fund called the RuraI Sanitation Fund. Board Fund. (2) The Board may accept grants, subven~hs, donations and gifts from the Central Government or Stace Government or a local authority or any individual or body, whether inc6rpomted or not, for all or any of Lhe purposes of this Act.
