(1) The Government may, after giving a show cause notice and for reasons to be recorded in writing, order dissolution of a Society with effect from such date, as may be specified in the order. Powers of the Government to issue directions. Supersession of Governing Body and appointment of Administrator. Dissolution. 34 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), MAR. 28, 2012 (CHTR. 8, 1934 SAKA) (2) Where the Governing Body stands superseded under section 68 and the affairs are being managed by an Administrator appointed by the Government and the Administrator reports to the Government that it is not feasible to hold the elections of the Governing Body, for whatsoever reasons, it shall be competent for the Government, by an order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, to dissolve the Society with effect from such date as may be specified in the order.
