A person shall be eligible to become a member of Society, if he,— (i) is 21 years of age on the date of admission; (ii) subscribes to the aims and objects of the Society; (iii) has deposited the membership fee as prescribed in the Bye-laws of the Society; and (iv) is not an insolvent or of unsound mind or have not been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude, punishable with imprisonment of one year or more.
