Whoever, being bound by this Act fails to render or furnish assistance to the Claims Tribunal or the District Magistrate in execution of his duty under this Act, shall be punishable for offence undersection 187 ofthe [ndian Penal Code, 1860 (Central ActNo.45 of 1860).
