(1) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations consistent with this Act and the Rules mace there-under and such regulations shall be notified in the Official Gazette. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regula- tions providing for— (a) the procedure and disposal of its business; (b)j remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of members of the staff of the Board; (¢) functions and duties of the Secretary, J oint Secre- tary and other members of the staff of the Board; (d) functions of committees and the procedure to be followed by such Committees in the discharge of their functions.
