The Board may, 32: 20 If any dispute arises between the Government and the Board as to whether a question is or is nota question of policy, the decision of the Government shall be final. by resolution, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or the regula- tions made thereunder, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by the Chief- Executive or Member Sccretary, as the case may be, of the Board. (Substituted vide amendment No. 24-Leg/80 dt. 28-7-80). Member of the Board and members of the staff of the Board shall be deemed when acting or purport- ing to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
