Nothing in this Act shall e f f ~ t h e power of the Government or any other authority to acquire land orto impose mtnctions upon the use and development of land comprised in the conmiled area under any other law for the time king in force, or to permit the settlement of a claim arising out of the exercise of powers under this Act by mutual agreement.
