In the Punjab Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, in Amcndmentof section 8,— scction 8 of , Punjab Act 15 (i) for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, of 1956 namely:— "(J) Whoever contravenes or attempts to contravene or abets the constrravention of the provisions of section 4-B shall be punished with regorous imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
