Any dispute as to the execution of works under a scheme or the expenses incurred on the works. or their maintenance and repair as referred to in section Obligation of persons to maintain and repair works. Decision of disputes relating to works. [Act 23 of 1963] LAND IMPROVEMENT SCHEMES 512 16 or section 17 shall be decided by the Director whose decision shall be final.
