Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to any industry declared to be Scheduled industry under the industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, or to affect any of the provisions of the said Act. S (1) The Pb. Khadi and Village Industries Board (Amendment) Ordinance 1964 (Punjab ordinance No. 1 of 1964), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any thing done or any action taken under the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Ordinance, Amendmieni 1964 shall be deemed to have done or taken under this Act asif this Act had commenced on the 18th day of July, 1664, (1) The Pb. Khadi and Village Industries Board (Amendment Ordinance, 1981 (Pb. Ordinance No. 10 of 1981) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any thing done or any action taken under the Principal Act, as amended by the ordinance referred to in Sub- Section (1) shall the deemed to have been done or taken under the Principal Act, as amended by this Act.
