Short title, extent and commencement. -- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Industrial Establishment (National and Festival Holidays and Casual and Sick Leave) Act, 1965. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab/Haryana. (3) It shall come into force on the 1st. day of July, 1965.
