Notwithstanding anything contained in these Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations, no person, who has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or has been dismissed for misconduct from a Government or Semi Government institution or from a University or an educational institution of any kind, shall be eligible to become or to continue as a member of any authority of the University or of any committee appointed by the University. A person under suspension shall not be allowed to sit in any meeting of above authorities or committees during the period of his suspension. Disqualification for membership.
